I had a little shoot with a cute pack of 4 dogs and a couple rats. They were the most adorable animals and such calm, beautiful energy.

Their mom is a dog behaviorist and has her own business called Mindful Mutz.

I think animals are the biggest heroes. Somehow they rescue us each day and teach us to be in the present moment instead of working, cleaning house or “life things” we fret about all the time. They show us now is the time to walk, smell flowers, be silly and affectionate and grateful for each moment.

Monkey is the cutest little girl and that underbite made me want to squish her face non-stop. It was so fun getting to hang out with Monkey and her mom. They have a backyard that smells of heavenly Jasmine and Honeysuckle.

Monkey is such a tomboy  and she loved wearing the cape.

She turned into a super Monkey right away.

She was running and wrestling with her bud, Winne the lil pug.

She likes rolling in the grass, burying sticks and loves her mom completely.

It was such a pleasure to hang out with these two.

This chocolate nugget is the goofiest boy. He is full lab in personality and spirit.

really loves rolling in the grass

most of all… loves water.

This place in the forest was one of the most beautiful and enchanted places I have ever been and I have traveled and seen so many places. It felt like I walked into a magical wonderland full of trees as high as your eye could see, moss and ivy covering the ground and trees and anything it could love onto. Pebblestone rocks lining the rushing stream and little secret places to sit and just listen to the birds sing. It was like the secret garden.

Marley also has the coolest parents -his mom is a woodworker and his dad is a tattoo artist.
